Ron Quist

Ron Quist is from Ghana has vast experience in Public Finance Management, Project Finance, Money Markets, Energy Systems, and System Design developed over more than 30 years applied to both the public and private sectors across four continents. He has developed a number of highly successful courses and trained over 9,000 participants in the areas of public finance management, systems modelling, and computer applications. He brings to the idilmat Capacity Development Network both private sector and public sector experience applied in a number of countries including Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Ghana, Kenya, Kuwait, Liberia, Namibia, Nigeria, Malawi, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan, Trinidad and Tobago, Vanuatu, Yemen and Zambia. He has trained participants in a number of countries including Barbados, Canada, Fiji, Germany, Jamaica, Mozambique, the United Kingdom, the United States, Uruguay, Saint Lucia, Thailand and Vietnam. He has developed courses and provided training to donor organizations including AFDB, DFID, CIDA, the World Bank Institute and the European Commission. He is uniquely qualified to bring you high quality training. His service stands out in part because of his professional experience across four continents and in over thirty countries. Mr. Quist he has direct experience with the PEFA, PEMFA, CFAA, IPR and diagnostic tools as well as with PRSP reform strategies. He has carried out thirteen PEFA assessments and worked on PFM reform in nine countries. Mr. Quist is dedicated to quality, excellence and service. Mr. Quist holds an MSc. in Engineering Physics from Queens University, Canada, and a BSc. in Physics with Chemistry from the University of Ghana.
