Nikunj Soni

Nikunj Soni is from the United Kingdom and currently serves as both the Chair of the Board and Executive Director of the Pacific Institute of Public Policy (PiPP). The Institute serves as a forum to stimulate and support policy debate in Pacific island countries. He has extensive Pacific experience having lived and worked in Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu since 1998. He has worked extensively on public finance reform. He brings much experience in public policy and public finance management to the Advisory Board and has particular strengths in Capacity Development. He also brings to the Advisory Board much knowledge on the capacity building needs of the Pacific Region. Mr. Soni earned an M. Phil degree in Economics from Oxford University, United Kingdom in 1994.
