Jérôme Dendura
Jérôme Dendura from France is an expert in public finance management covering both the Francophone and Anglophone systems. His principal focus is in the areas of public procurement and audit. He also has extensive knowledge of aid management. He brings to the idilmat Capacity Development Network wide ranging country experience in public finance management. He has presented professional development workshops for CIDA, AFDB and the EC. His work has included capacity development support to micro-finance, rural development and food security, environment, extractive industries, health and education. He works professionally in both French and English. Mr. Dendura has delivered professional development workshops in Tunisia, Belgium, Canada, Central African Republic, Georgia, Jamaica, and Kenya. He has provided capacity development support in the area of public finance management in a number of countries including Botswana, Congo Brazzaville, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Malawi, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Vietnam and Zambia. His work has also encompassed public policy support in Eritrea and Mauritania. Mr. Dendura holds MSc. in Public Policy and Management from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London; an MSc. in Land Resources Management from the Cranfield University, UK, and a BSc. in Agricultural Economics from the ISTOM, France.
