Cobby Coker

Cobby Coker, the ICT manager, is responsible for assuring all video, computer and communications systems continue to serve and support the training requirements. He is also responsible for managing the development of software tools used for training simulations and capacity development tools. He has over 15 years experience as a knowledgeable and effective financial systems developer working with individuals and groups with particular emphasis on designing and implementing effective database applications. He is results oriented; able to go the extra mile to deliver results to achieve client objectives within time and budgetary expectations. He is able to maintain cultural sensitivity, establish rapport with members of diverse groups and promote team cohesiveness. His work includes the development of fixed income securities trading software (Deal Master, Treasury Master); the development of mission critical database operational applications for a bank’s operational and reporting needs. He has also developed two off the shelf business applications marketed in the US by Link It software Corp (Job Master www.the-job-master.com, and EZMaintenance www.ez-maintenance.com ). Mr. Coker has a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and a Certificate in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
