Annie Rubienska is a UK based professional specialized in Organizational Development and Learning, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Development, Leadership and Change Management, Personal Development and Competency Building, Inter-Cultural Training and Accelerated Learning. She brings to the idilmat capacity development network extensive and relevant experience on effective leadership development.
She has extensive teaching and advisory experience in China, Hong Kong, South Africa, Tunisia, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Hungary, Romania, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. Her consultancy work overseas and in the UK over the years has mainly focused on capacity building in public sector organizations. She has examined in detail issues of organizational development in an environment of rapid change. Throughout her career Mrs. Rubienska has carried out various training needs assessments, designed and delivered training and development programmes on performance management, change management, leadership, human resource development, professional development etc.
Mrs. Rubienska designed and directed a marketing course for an MBA in Hong Kong, a Master's programme in Human Resource Development in Kazakhstan, the International Public Service MBA programme for the University of Birmingham where she currently teaches Leadership and Management Development.
Mrs. Rubienska holds an MBA from Aston University and a BA from Edinburgh University. The high quality of her teaching methods and her passion for teaching have been recognized by various awards including the David Pasteur Award for Innovation in Teaching.
